Personally, yoga guided me through a decade long fertility journey and I'm passionate about supporting folks navigating fertility challenges including IVF, egg freezing, miscarriage, and more.
In addition to offering private sessions, I teach a weekly prenatal yoga class at Chicago's East Bank Club on Tuesday evenings from 5:30-6:30pm.
I hold my 85-hour prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher certification through Bloom yoga, and lead prenatal yoga teacher trainings at Yogaview and Tejas yoga studios.
