Functional Flow Yoga

Functional Flow is a movement class with an emphasis on mindfulness and sustainable whole body health. This style of practice includes traditional yoga postures, functional movement like bouncing and swinging, and therapeutic techniques such as breathwork and guided relaxation. This is how I practice personally, and I'm happy to share it with you!
